Kelly’s Boot Camp offers exclusive, private personal training at your home, office or even outdoors. Each individual is unique and offered a tailored fitness program based on his or her needs.
Every client starts with a complimentary fitness consultation and assessment. A tailored program is designed to enable you to achieve your fitness goals, with an emphasis on having fun in the process. A program could consist of strength and conditioning combined with aerobic activity…or balance, coordination and flexibility could also be a focus.
Kelly’s specialty is boot-camp style training, combining intense cardio elements with advanced strength training. Boot camp workouts are extremely efficient by working your entire body~going from one exercise to another with little or no rest. These workouts involve calisthenics such as pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Boot Camp Group Training: Get a group together and get ready to have fun and work hard!
- Kid’s Programs: Training for children can be sport-specific or developed to aid overweight or inactive children.
- Pre-natal and Postpartum Programs: A plan will be designed that will support clients through the pregnancy to encourage wellness and proper alignment while exercising. Postpartum training (usually after 6 week check-up) will focus on obtaining that pre-baby body in a safe, effective and time-efficient manner.

- Seniors Programs: Staying physically active and exercising regularly can help prevent or delay many diseases and disabilities. Even moderate exercise and physical activity can improve the health of seniors who are frail, or who have diseases that accompany aging.
Relax. Following your workout, we offer a fully integrated massage treatment (upon request) by a licensed massage therapist to relieve your stress and improve your body's muscle recovery.
