The value of healthy living was something Kelly learned early on in life. But it wasn't until her 20s, working as an attorney, that she fully realized the transformative powers of exercise and her passion for fitness instruction. After six years practicing law, Kelly left her New York law firm and decided to follow her true calling: teaching and inspiring others to reach their full physical and mental potential.
Over the last 18 years, Kelly has worked for the top fitness companies in New York, Aspen and Washington, D.C. Currently instructing at Equinox Fitness, Kelly's distinct boot camp training has connected with people of every lifestyle and carved out a distinct positioning in the fitness marketplace. Her passion and enthusiasm, combined with her in-depth knowledge of training principals make her an industry leader.
